Webflow Developer – Build Production-Ready Sites

About the role

Brand Vision, a brand development and marketing agency with offices in Toronto and Chicago, is seeking a Webflow Developer to transform Figma designs into live, production‑ready websites for high‑profile clients such as Safeway, McGill University, TDSB and ArcelorMittal.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive, production‑ready websites in Webflow from provided Figma designs.
• Set up and manage CMS collections and dynamic content structures.
• Create custom interactions and animations that work across devices.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, developers, and the SEO team to ensure sites look good, rank well, and perform optimally.
• Maintain clean, well‑organized builds to facilitate future updates.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of professional Webflow development experience or a strong portfolio of self‑built sites.
• Portfolio of live, published Webflow sites you created, not merely customized templates.
• Strong grasp of Webflow’s CMS, responsive and breakpoint design, and clean class naming conventions.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS beyond what Webflow generates automatically.
• High standards, fast learning ability, and a passion for delivering work you’re proud of.
