Web Designer

About the role

Vitalist is seeking a creative Web Designer to join its fast‑moving startup environment. You will be responsible for shaping the visual and interactive experience of our web products while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and integrate website code, creating mock‑ups, storyboards and layout flows.
• Source, select and organize content, optimizing graphics, animations and database elements.
• Conduct usability and performance testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain and update website content using Adobe Creative Suite and web‑service tools.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers through Jira and other project‑management software.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
• Strong judgment, organization and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and proactive attitude toward innovation and problem solving.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and InDesign.
• Android and iOS design guidelines.
• Jira and other project‑management tools.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and deployment.
• MailChimp for email‑marketing integration.
• Visual Basic and web‑service design basics.
