Senior Art Director

About the role

Labatt is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead creative concepts for its flagship brands including Bud, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra, Corona and Stella Artois. The role is based in the Toronto office and requires full‑time, on‑site collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with a Copywriter to generate ideas and concepts for major beer brands.
• Collaborate within the DraftLine creative team alongside a Project Manager, Copywriter, Designers, Strategy and Social Media Managers.
• Work directly with the Executive Creative Director and brand teams to own ideation and visual execution across multiple platforms.
• Inspire and coach junior creatives, reviewing and approving final designs.
• Present concepts and pitch decks to brand stakeholders.
• Develop conversation‑driving ideas and 360° campaigns that include digital, experiential and out‑of‑home executions.
• Supervise and sign off on creative production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an Ad School certificate.
• 6‑8+ years of agency experience, including 360°/digital campaign work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Self‑starter with strong prioritisation skills.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and delivers results.
• Social‑media savvy and conceptually strong creative mindset.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
