Wealth Enablement Digital Trainer

About the role

Join a forward‑thinking wealth management firm as a Wealth Enablement Digital Trainer. You will empower advisors, assistants and internal teams to get the most out of the company’s digital tools, platforms and processes, helping them deliver better client service and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor‑led, virtual and one‑on‑one training sessions for advisors, assistants and support teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts and workflow changes into practical, advisor‑focused learning experiences.
• Support adoption of new digital platforms, operational tools, and business process enhancements.
• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, reference guides, videos and other learning resources aligned to real‑world use cases.
• Collect feedback from participants, identify adoption barriers and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering training, coaching or enablement in wealth management, financial services or investment management.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify technical complexity and explain it in clear business language.
• Excellent relationship‑building and collaborative mindset.
