Bilingual Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst

About the role

The Bilingual Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst manages customer accounts by applying payments, reconciling invoices, investigating discrepancies, and following up on outstanding balances. The role works closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues, minimize credit risk, and ensure timely collection of receivables.

Key responsibilities

• Perform collections activities in both French and English, including phone calls and email communications.
• Maintain weekly/monthly overdue and bad‑debt risk within agreed limits.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—customers, logistics, revenue, GBS—to shorten the invoice‑to‑collection cycle.
• Review customer orders and authorize or deny release for delivery.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French with professional communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, order‑to‑cash or related finance functions.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, sales teams and cross‑functional partners.
