Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Polaron Solar Energy is looking for a detail‑oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support its warehouse operations in Sussex, NB. You will play a key part in handling, storing, and distributing solar equipment while ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming solar products and materials.
• Prepare solar panels and related equipment for shipment or customer pick‑up.
• Sort, pack, and ship inventory items.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and general handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular counts.
• Update inventory and logistics information in internal systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill orders.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and methodical work style.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is an asset.
• Comfortable with manual work, including moving solar materials.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (training can be provided).
• Inventory management systems.
