About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Delivery Driver to join our expanding team in St‑Félix‑de‑Valois. The role involves preparing automotive parts orders, delivering them on time, and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare orders from transport tickets and meet delivery deadlines set by the dispatcher.
• Validate merchandise, verify quality and accuracy, and obtain customer acknowledgment before receipt.
• Plan daily pickups of cores, returns and warranty items without disrupting delivery efficiency.
• Record all deliveries and pickups accurately, ensuring proper documentation accompanies each transaction.
• Report customer complaints or dissatisfaction promptly to the dispatcher or store manager.
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels, tire condition, and maintain interior and exterior cleanliness daily.
• Drive safely, adhering to traffic codes at all times.
• Participate in cyclic inventory counts and annual store inventory.

Required profile

• No prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain work relationships.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
