Manager, Supply Chain Execution and Systems

About the role

WhiteWater is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Execution and Systems to lead end‑to‑end supply execution for its project portfolio. The role ensures material readiness, drives procurement performance, and owns the ERP/MRP systems that support reliable operations and future scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee on‑time, complete material availability for all projects and coordinate with manufacturing buying teams.
• Own supplier delivery performance, resolve issues and escalations to protect project timelines.
• Lead master planning, component planning and constraint management, aligning demand, supply and project schedules through S&OP.
• Maintain commercial discipline in project buying, monitor delivery and cost metrics for RoM and ad‑hoc requirements.
• Manage ERP/MRP systems for supply‑chain execution, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies for legacy constraints.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supply‑chain execution in a project‑oriented environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, procurement and manufacturing teams.
• Track record of driving issue resolution and supplier performance improvement.
• Experience reporting to senior leadership and influencing cross‑functional decisions.

Required skills

• ERP/MRP system ownership and configuration.
• S&OP planning and master‑planning processes.
• Procurement and commercial performance management.
• Supply‑chain data integrity and risk mitigation.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range $115,000‑$145,000 CAD per year.
