About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Visiting Homemaker to provide in‑home support to elderly clients in Vancouver. The role involves assisting with daily personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and companionship, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene and dressing.
- Prepare, serve and monitor nutritious meals and therapeutic diets.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry and linen care.
- Shop for food and household supplies as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Plan and follow personalized care routines.
Required profile
- Reliable, punctual and dependable.
- Flexible, patient and honest.
- Good judgment, organized and initiative‑taking.
- Ability to work flexible early‑morning, day and weekend shifts.
- Clear criminal record check.
