About the role

The Home Support Worker provides essential personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their own homes. This role combines health‑related tasks with household support to promote independence and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor health needs.
Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
Support regular exercise such as walking.
Launder clothing and household linens; mend items as needed.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Shop for food and household supplies.
Prepare, serve, and cook nutritious meals.

Required profile

Punctuality and reliability.
Strong client focus and dependability.
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility, initiative, and good judgement.
Organized, team‑player attitude.
Patience, honesty, and a caring demeanor.
Reference required.
