Key responsibilities
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents for easy retrieval.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents accurately.
- Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with various administrative projects as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Virtual Office Clerk or similar administrative role, preferably in the building construction sector.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities to manage remote tasks and support teamwork.
