About the role

The Vice President will lead the trade, broadcasting and related service divisions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and requires strong oversight of multiple functional areas.

Key responsibilities

  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments and set organizational objectives.
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of relevant experience in trade, broadcasting or related services.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility, strong organization, teamwork orientation and initiative.
