Account Manager, North America

About the role

The Account Manager for North America will report to the Regional Manager and act as a key contributor to the global sales team, driving revenue and client satisfaction across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver regional sales, profit and operational targets, achieving annual revenue and pipeline growth.
• Develop and promote the Wenco brand by attending tradeshows, presenting at events and co‑authoring papers.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers, distributors and partners.
• Manage customer complaints, ensure a customer‑centric focus and continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the mining or mining services industry.
• Trade, Business or Engineering qualification with a proven record of selling high‑end solutions.
• Technical background in engineering, mining or technology business.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without formal authority.

Required skills

• Miller Heiman sales methodology.
• Intermediate‑level ERP sales skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s licence for the region.
