Vice President, Commercial

About the role

Wenco International Mining Systems is seeking a Vice President, Commercial to lead global commercial strategy, revenue growth and customer engagement across the mining technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute a bold global commercial strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth in existing and emerging markets.
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, commercial performance and provide executive‑level insights.
• Lead and develop a global commercial organization, including regional managers, strategic accounts, technical sales, sales operations, partnerships and channels.
• Build scalable commercial processes, governance, incentive programs and succession plans.
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, Business Operations, Client Services and Delivery to align product strategy with customer needs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial, sales or business development.
• Proven track record building and scaling global commercial teams in enterprise software, technology solutions, mining or related sectors.
• Deep commercial acumen across revenue growth, customer retention, account expansion and sales operations.
• Strategic, customer‑obsessed, data‑informed leadership style.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced business education considered an asset.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise software and technology solutions.
• Knowledge of mining, industrial technology, heavy equipment or automation sectors.
