About the role
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This role blends customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations to uphold Levi Strauss & Co.'s brand values.
Key responsibilities
- Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities.
- Coach and train staff on LS&CO selling practices and customer service.
- Assist with product placement, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Help create a positive, engaging shopping environment for customers.
Required profile
- Comply with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.
- Consistently meet or exceed store and individual sales goals.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lb., kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation and be at least 18 years old.
