Sales Manager – Canada East Coast

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth across the Canada East Coast by acquiring new mining clients and expanding strategic accounts. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role blends business development, client relationship management, and collaboration with technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver regional sales, profit and operational targets, achieving annual revenue and pipeline growth.
• Identify, nurture and close sales opportunities for Wenco’s portfolio of mining technology solutions.
• Build the Wenco brand through trade‑show attendance, presentations and co‑authoring industry papers.
• Develop long‑term strategic relationships with mining stakeholders, OEMs and industry influencers.
• Coordinate with Client Services, Product Management, Engineering and Project teams to support customer success.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business development, sales or account management experience in mining or mining services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mining or equivalent progressive experience.
• Proven success selling high‑end solutions in a mining or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Required skills

• ERP proficiency (intermediate level).
• Knowledge of Miller Heiman sales methodology.
• Understanding of how information technology improves mine safety, productivity and maintenance.

What we offer

• Base salary $90,000‑$120,000 (CAD) plus eligibility for a sales incentive compensation plan.
