Travel Registered Nurse – Home Care & Visiting Services

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (R.N.) to provide high‑quality home and visiting care across multiple locations. This position involves frequent travel and the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations in home care, nursing homes, and community settings.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients, report changes to physicians, and document symptoms.
• Assess patients to determine appropriate nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Deliver health‑education programs and dispense prescribed medications.
• Manage home‑care cases and provide consultative nursing services.
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience.
• Valid RN licensure from provincial or territorial authorities.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence; willingness to travel.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, physically demanding environments.

Required skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
