Clinician Team Lead – Chiropodist/Podiatrist (Full/Part Time)

About the role

Align is seeking a senior clinician to serve as the clinical north star for its Mississauga flagship clinic. The Clinician Team Lead will mentor practitioners, oversee peer reviews, and ensure treatment plans meet the highest standards of care while driving clinic performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead clinical mentorship and onboarding, supervise student placements, and conduct peer reviews.
• Audit treatment plans and case studies to maintain brand integrity and high client satisfaction scores.
• Coach clinicians on integrated product and service recommendations to achieve revenue‑per‑hour targets.
• Represent the clinical voice in strategic meetings, deliver quarterly clinical goals, and provide operational intel.
• Allocate 32–40 weekly hours across patient care, mentorship, quality audits, revenue initiatives, and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Registered Chiropodist or Podiatrist in good standing with COCOO.
• Proven leadership experience managing clinical teams and holding members accountable.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret scorecards and develop training solutions.
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with client experience teams to ensure seamless operations.
