Travel & Events Agent (HR Support)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and autonomous Travel & Events Agent to support internal HR events, travel logistics, and promotional operations. The role is hands‑on, focusing on seamless delivery of employee experiences, especially during seasonal peaks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal HR events such as kick‑offs, celebrations, off‑sites, and employee gatherings.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics: venues, vendors, setup, on‑site support, and occasional evening activities.
• Manage corporate travel arrangements (flights, hotels) in partnership with an external travel agency.
• Handle urgent or last‑minute travel changes and ensure smooth execution of high‑visibility employee experiences.
• Oversee swag, promotional items, and event materials, tracking orders, deliveries, and distribution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in event operations, administration, logistics or similar coordination‑heavy roles.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• High attention to detail, autonomous, resourceful and comfortable working in ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Calm and effective when handling last‑minute changes or unexpected issues.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Willingness to perform occasional physical tasks related to event setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
