Training Manager

About the role

Freshslice is seeking a dynamic Training Manager to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new franchisees across Canada. The role focuses on ensuring consistent operational standards, high‑quality customer service, and strong business performance as the brand expands rapidly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain training curricula, manuals and presentation materials covering all aspects of Freshslice operations.
• Deliver hands‑on training sessions, workshops and simulation exercises for new franchise owners and their staff.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics and adjust programs accordingly.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and support during the initial onboarding period of franchisees.
• Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure health, safety and quality standards are integrated into training.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a corporate trainer, preferably within food‑service, retail or franchise environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
• High enthusiasm, energy and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects.
