Admissions Associate – Day School

About the role

The Admissions Associate is a core member of a two‑person admissions team at Fraser Academy, a specialized independent school for students with dyslexia and language‑based learning differences. The role guides prospective families through the entire admissions journey, from first contact to enrollment and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for day‑school inquiries via phone, email, and web, providing accurate information on timelines, criteria, and tuition relief.
• Design and lead personalized campus tours and high‑impact admissions events such as open houses and new‑family orientations.
• Collect, audit, and summarize application files, including psycho‑educational assessments, and flag complex learning needs for the review committee.
• Administer, score, and interpret Level B intake assessments (CTOPP, CEFI, GORT, Woodcock‑Johnson).
• Maintain applicant and student records in Blackbaud and Google Suite, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
• Generate reports on inquiry volumes, conversion rates, and enrollment metrics to support data‑driven decisions.
