Trade & Pricing Analyst

About the role
We are seeking a Trade & Pricing Analyst on a contract basis for a leading global pharmaceutical organization. The analyst will support pricing, trade and commercial operations, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Business Operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support pricing administration, updates and commercial program execution.
- Assist with customer agreement tracking, rebate administration, accrual monitoring and related reporting.
- Build, maintain and improve reports, dashboards and analytical tools for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct pricing, promotion and customer performance analysis to inform business decisions.
- Support product launch pricing analysis and promotional opportunity evaluations.
- Maintain, validate and ensure data integrity of pricing and trade‑related systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations and business summaries for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes and commercial procedures, and support audit requests.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Operations on commercial initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects, process documentation and training activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Statistics, Business or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial operations, finance or business analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer products or other regulated industries is an asset.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Experience working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
