About the role

The Corporate Development Planning Adviser will support the organization by analysing managerial methods and recommending improvements. This role combines research, strategic communication, and competitive assessment to drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organisational structure.
• Conduct research to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programmes.
• Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures.
• Oversee the development of communication strategies.
• Assess the business's competitiveness through data analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
• Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people.
