Tractor‑Trailer Assembly Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Tractor‑Trailer Assembly Supervisor to lead a small team in the production of high‑quality tractor‑trailer units. This permanent, full‑time position is based at our Calgary facility and involves overseeing daily assembly operations, ensuring safety, and driving productivity improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit production and performance reports.
• Recommend and implement measures to improve productivity, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Resolve work‑related problems and provide technical advice to the crew.
• Establish and maintain work schedules, coordinating shifts including early morning, day, evening, and weekend options.
• Train team members or arrange for necessary training.
• Oversee safety of operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Supervise, coordinate, and review activities of 3‑4 workers.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass a driving record check.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, days, and weekends.
