About the role
The Auto Body Damage Estimator will assess vehicle damage, calculate repair costs, and plan the work needed to restore vehicles to their pre‑collision condition. The role also involves delivering professional customer service and guiding apprentices through the estimation process.
Key responsibilities
- Estimate repair costs based on detailed damage examination reports.
- Plan and schedule the repair work to be performed.
- Prepare written estimates covering parts, labour, and any additional services.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers and instruct apprentices as needed.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience in automotive repair.
- 1–2 years of experience in collision repair, auto body repair, or related automotive work.
- Ability to start on the date specified in the posting.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
