Thrift Shop Associate (with Driving) – Part‑time

About the role
The Thrift Shop Associate supports MCC Kelowna Thrift’s mission by handling donated items, driving deliveries, and providing friendly customer service. This part‑time, on‑site position blends back‑of‑house logistics with front‑of‑house retail duties.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and deliver donated goods to the shop.
- Receive, sort, price, and stage items in the warehouse.
- Maintain a tidy and organized retail floor.
- Assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
- Collaborate with volunteers, staff, and shop leaders.
Required profile
- Demonstrated personal Christian faith and active participation in a church or Christian community.
- Commitment to non‑violent peacemaking and MCC’s Code of Conduct.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, volunteer‑rich environment.
- Valid driver’s licence and safe driving record.
