Therapeutic Specialist – Greater Montreal

About the role

The Therapeutic Specialist will drive sales and market share growth for assigned pharmaceutical products across the Greater Montreal area. Acting as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, you will deliver value‑added solutions, ensure appropriate patient access, and support the overall business objectives of the district.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed district sales targets, multi‑channel customer plan execution, and key performance indicators.
• Develop and implement customer business plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Engage physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other HCPs through face‑to‑face, digital, CME and other channels.
• Orchestrate customer‑centric engagements, ensuring seamless experiences across all touchpoints.
• Monitor and manage brand and operational budget spend.
• Collect and relay market insights, competitive intelligence, and feedback to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, preferably within a therapeutic specialty.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and patient pathways.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse HCPs.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust tactics accordingly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Veeva CRM or similar pharmaceutical sales platforms.
