About the role
BCforward is looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to support a leading SaaS organization. You will partner with hiring managers to drive high‑volume sales hiring while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for high‑volume sales and technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, workforce plans, and talent requirements.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to design and execute recruiting strategies across multiple openings.
- Lead weekly hiring forecasts and pipeline review meetings with stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth candidate journey and maintain interview efficiency with recruiting coordinators.
- Conduct competency‑based interviews and provide data‑driven hiring recommendations.
- Track recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress to meet targets.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Required profile
- 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in‑house) hiring technical talent in enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services.
- Proven success recruiting for complex, customer‑facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to source and hire passive talent using advanced sourcing, networking, and competitive intelligence.
- Comfort thriving in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of CAD $65‑$70.
- Full‑time schedule (40 hours per week) with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite).
- Potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role after 6+ months.
