Technical Help Desk – Intermediate (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Technical Help Desk professional to support access request provisioning for a leading North American financial institution. You will manage user access changes through ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with business needs and security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Grant, modify, or revoke user access to applications, systems, and resources.
• Process and track access requests using the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct analytical investigations and communicate detailed technical information.
• Research, maintain, and update documentation for escalated incidents.
• Provide timely troubleshooting and support to end‑users.

Required profile

• Experience interpreting escalated issues, especially related to access management.
• Strong first‑level Help Desk support background with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure applications and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Critical thinking skills and alignment with values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
