Team Leader – New Centre Opening

About the role

Join Splitsville Entertainment as a Team Leader for the launch of our brand‑new centre in Barrie. You will help create memorable experiences for guests while supporting daily operations and leading a vibrant team in a fast‑paced, fun environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and delegate tasks to staff during shifts to deliver the Splitsville guest experience.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, manage break schedules, and produce shift summary reports.
• Attend management and team meetings, and participate in training opportunities.
• Control labour costs and ensure appropriate staffing levels for each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold Splitsville standards throughout the centre.
• Resolve guest and team member issues promptly and communicate with other shift leaders and managers.
• Complete all required Splitsville systems, checklists, and adhere to health, safety, and company policies.

Required profile

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service.
• Motivate, coach, and give constructive feedback to team members.
• Lead daily operations in the absence of management.
• Demonstrate reliability by attending meetings and following procedures.
• Show commitment to cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction.
