About the role
The Accommodations Manager will oversee daily operations of the inn, ensuring smooth guest experiences and efficient staff performance. This permanent, full‑time position reports directly to senior management and plays a key role in maintaining service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff members.
- Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies.
- Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and manage financial performance.
- Create and execute marketing plans to attract guests.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Establish work schedules covering day and weekend shifts.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and initiative in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or accommodations management.
