About the role
We are seeking a motivated Hairdressing Salon Manager to oversee daily operations of Salon Darbourg Les Saules in Québec. The role involves leading staff, managing inventory, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, control, and evaluate daily salon operations.
- Plan, organize, and implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Manage budget, inventory, and purchasing.
- Oversee advertising and marketing contracts.
- Hire, train, and supervise salon personnel.
- Address customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1‑2 years of experience in salon management or related field.
