About the role
The Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University seeks a graduate student to serve as a Teaching Assistant for the Strategy and Organization courses (BUSA 660 / MGPO 470). This fixed‑term position supports the delivery of course material and student learning throughout the fall term.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare course work materials such as assignments, solution sets, worksheets, and formula sheets.
- Conduct tutorial sessions and hold regular office hours to assist students.
- Supervise grading activities and ensure timely feedback.
- Collaborate with the course instructor to align teaching resources with curriculum goals.
Required profile
- Current McGill graduate student with a relevant academic background for the courses.
- Authorized to work in Canada and willing to work on the McGill campus in Quebec.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required skills
