Program Administrator – Executive MBA

About the role

The Program Administrator supports the Executive MBA (EMBA) program at McGill University, reporting to the Program Director. This position provides administrative and logistical coordination across admissions, student affairs, module planning, and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate academic module logistics, including course materials, faculty communications, evaluations, and off‑site delivery.
• Process payments and invoices for academic staff and suppliers, and prepare expense reports.
• Assist with program orientation, graduation, special events, and end‑of‑program activities.
• Manage space and event bookings, catering, AV, and IT requirements.
• Oversee admissions processes, verify application data, and ensure compliance with university procedures.
• Maintain the bank of required books, articles, and cases for each course/module.

Required profile

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a participant‑focused, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines.
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written); a third language is an asset.
• DEC III and at least three years of related experience.
