About the role
The Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University seeks two Teaching Assistants for the Information Technology Management course (MGCR 331) for the Fall 2026 term. This part‑time role supports the instructor in delivering high‑quality instruction and student support.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and organize course materials and assignments.
- Attend scheduled class sessions and assist the instructor as needed.
- Hold regular office hours to advise and consult with students.
- Grade assignments, provide feedback, and supervise any student graders.
Required profile
- Previously earned an A grade in MGCR 331 or an equivalent Information Technology Management course.
- Authorized to work in Canada and willing to work on the McGill campus in Quebec.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

- Hourly compensation of $37.34 CAD.
- 70 hours of work over the term (approximately 17 weeks).
