About the role
We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our Mississauga office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The successful candidate will lead tax preparation and compliance activities, delivering strategic tax planning for both individual and corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and filing of personal and business tax returns.
- Ensure all tax work complies with current federal and provincial regulations.
- Identify and implement tax‑saving opportunities for clients.
- Review financial statements and related documents for tax accuracy.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of evolving tax laws and regulations.
- Communicate tax strategies and filing requirements clearly to clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in tax management, including planning and compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
