About the role

As a Talent Scout you will be the face of AMA, connecting with candidates and identifying those who truly belong to our community. You will use your natural communication skills to attract top‑tier talent and ensure a perfect cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective candidates through various channels and build lasting relationships.
• Identify and assess the "it" factor that makes a candidate a great fit for AMA.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to streamline sourcing and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with a warm, engaging personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Strong partnership‑building skills to expand recruitment initiatives.
• Calm and focused under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot.
