Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Robert Half is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead recruitment efforts for a well‑established organization in downtown Edmonton. The role blends hands‑on full‑cycle recruitment with data‑driven process improvement, employer branding, and candidate experience enhancement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for administrative to senior‑level positions, from intake to offer.
• Craft and post compelling job ads across appropriate channels.
• Build talent pipelines using job boards, social media, networking, and proactive mapping.
• Screen resumes, conduct pre‑screen interviews, and coordinate structured interview panels.
• Partner with hiring leaders, providing guidance, interview support, and recruitment advice.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth transition to onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, quality) and use insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement modern recruitment technologies, including AI‑enabled tools.
• Promote employer brand while ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven ability to source candidates via job boards, social platforms, and networking.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills with hiring managers.
• Experience tracking metrics and translating data into process enhancements.
• Knowledge of employment legislation; experience in a regulated healthcare setting is a plus.
