Talent & Culture Business Partner (14‑month contract)

About the role

Amilia is seeking a Talent & Culture Business Partner on a 14‑month contract to cover maternity leave. You will embed the company’s people‑first culture, support leaders, and drive engagement, growth, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to managers, building high‑performing, engaged teams aligned with Amilia’s values.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all open roles, from individual contributors to Director‑level.
• Design and evolve talent programs such as performance, compensation, DEIB, learning, and workplace culture.
• Own the employee journey from onboarding to retention, ensuring inclusive and impactful touchpoints.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design as the company scales.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a Talent & Culture Business Partner in a fast‑growing SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven ability to thrive in growth‑oriented settings with strong business acumen.
• Exceptional coaching, advisory, and change‑management skills.
• Bilingual communication in English and French.
