Talent Associate

About the role

FutureSight is a venture studio building AI‑focused B2B software companies. As a Talent Associate you will lead recruitment and talent development for both the studio’s core team and the early‑stage ventures it creates, working closely with founders and studio partners.

Key responsibilities

• Find and source candidates for founder and operator roles across the studio and its ventures using outbound outreach, referrals, events and content.
• Maintain and enrich the talent CRM, ensuring it remains an active pipeline of prospects.
• Develop repeatable hiring processes, including scorecards, interview kits and sourcing playbooks.
• Track funnel metrics and continuously improve search efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing or talent roles, preferably with exposure to startups, venture capital or studio environments.
• Strong judgment about people and ability to differentiate between interview performance and real execution potential.
• Genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, empathetic and direct.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
