About the role

Relay is a digital banking platform that empowers business owners with financial visibility and control. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will own the full recruiting lifecycle, building pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a world‑class candidate experience that fuels the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple functions, from intake to offer closure.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines using outbound sourcing, networks, and creative strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding role definitions, candidate evaluations, and timeline alignment.
• Track and improve interview velocity, pass‑through rates, and time‑to‑fill metrics for each requisition.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience by coordinating interviews and maintaining timely, personal communication.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting to increase efficiency.
• Own weekly funnel health reporting, turning data into actionable insights.
• Experiment with new interview structures, assessments, or candidate‑experience initiatives and share learnings.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high‑growth startup or scale‑up environment.
• Proven ability to run structured recruiting processes with urgency and consistency.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and the ability to influence decisions.
• Data‑informed mindset, using metrics and feedback to refine approaches.
• Proactive risk identification and clear communication of recommendations.
