Human Resources Manager

About the role

Avidbots is seeking an HR Manager to lead strategic initiatives that boost employee engagement, retention, and organizational design. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role partners with business leaders to provide trusted HR advice across a rapidly growing robotics company.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, providing guidance and coaching on HR matters.
• Contribute to the People & Culture roadmap and implement key programs.
• Advise and resolve employee relation issues.
• Manage the annual performance management cycle.
• Work with legal counsel to reduce legal risk and improve compliance.
• Support corporate programs such as compensation planning, recruitment, and internal mobility.
• Listen to employee feedback and translate it into action plans to grow culture.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• CHRL designation or equivalent.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of North American HR principles and employment law.
• Strategic business acumen with flexibility and agility.
