About the role
Reporting to the Employee Engagement Manager, the Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Coordinator provides People & Culture support focused on full‑cycle recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. The role balances approximately 70% recruitment activities with 30% engagement coordination, adapting to business needs and priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, pre‑screen interviews, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding hand‑off.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, screening criteria, interview processes, timelines, and selection expectations.
- Draft and post job advertisements through Workable and relevant job boards, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, inclusivity, and alignment with approved job descriptions.
- Review applications, create shortlists, and provide screening summaries to hiring managers.
- Conduct candidate pre‑screen interviews to assess experience, availability, compensation expectations, eligibility, and role fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, prepare interview documentation, support structured interview processes, and greet candidates for in‑person interviews.
- Collect interview feedback, facilitate candidate debriefs, and assist hiring managers with timely selection decisions.
- Prepare offer documentation, coordinate approvals, manage verbal and written offer processes, and ensure smooth hand‑off to onboarding.
- Coordinate pre‑employment requirements such as background checks and other onboarding activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, onboarding coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement of People & Culture processes.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and deliver a professional candidate experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple recruitment and engagement projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
