Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

BDC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, bringing market insight and leveraging AI‑driven tools to attract top talent. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers with clear, strategic options and market intelligence.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition: intake, visibility, sourcing, structured selection, and offer.
• Plan and execute high‑volume and cohort hiring campaigns without compromising quality.
• Partner with workforce planning to build ready‑to‑engage talent pipelines.
• Develop and nurture passive talent communities and champion BDC’s employer brand.
• Integrate AI daily to improve sourcing, writing, insights, and operational efficiency.
• Embed DEIA principles, build diverse pipelines, and ensure inclusive decision‑making.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with high‑volume or cohort hiring.
• Strong ability to influence hiring managers and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
• Excellent communication skills and a candidate‑centric mindset.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in hiring.
