Takeout Attendant

About the role

Playground, an internationally recognized gaming destination near Montreal, is expanding its dining services. As a Takeout Attendant you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring orders are taken accurately, processed efficiently, and delivered promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
• Enter take‑out and delivery orders into the POS system, noting special requests.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to verify addresses and dispatch orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized take‑out area and balance cash at shift end.
• Assist drivers with locating customer addresses and confirm order readiness on the delivery tablet.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar customer‑service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and French.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Valid work permit or Canadian residency.

Required skills
