About the role
We are looking for an Intermediate Systems Administrator/Operations Support Specialist to join our Toronto team on a contract basis. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing contact‑center applications, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of the underlying IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex application development issues.
- Support contact‑center solutions, primarily Amazon Connect, and secondary platforms such as ComputerTalk (Icebar) and NICE workforce‑management tools.
- Perform software upgrades, apply patches, and coordinate changes with end‑users.
- Monitor system workload trends and adjust resources to maintain optimal utilization.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of program areas, IT systems and the business environment.
Required profile
- Intermediate level experience with contact‑center technologies and AWS services.
- Demonstrated ability to work onsite in Toronto for at least 15 days.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to learn new systems quickly.
