About the role

We are looking for a Survey Statistician to join our consulting team in Québec. The role focuses on advancing statistical theory and developing robust methodologies for scientific and commercial surveys. You will work in a fast‑paced environment with international travel requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research to extend mathematical knowledge and explore the theoretical foundations of statistics.
• Develop and refine statistical methodology for survey design and analysis.
• Provide expert advice on the practical application of statistical techniques to clients.
• Apply statistical theory to generate actionable insights across scientific and other domains.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of experience in statistical research or consulting.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility, organization, and strong teamwork orientation.
