About the role
Altis is seeking a Loan Agent to join its team in Québec. This permanent full‑time position focuses on loan‑related activities and incorporates the use of artificial intelligence tools. Candidates must be comfortable communicating in English or French.
Key responsibilities
- Handle loan inquiries and support customers in both English and French.
- Utilize artificial intelligence applications as part of daily tasks.
Required profile
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- No formal degree, certificate or diploma required.
- Proficiency in English or French.
