Supplier Quality Assurance Technician

About the role
BRP is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Technician to join its Global Sourcing team. You will play a key part in ensuring the robustness of new components, validating designs, and guaranteeing supplier quality throughout the vehicle development cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Validate component designs and manufacturing processes against established standards.
- Assess and improve supplier quality assurance systems at all development stages.
- Identify risks in supplier manufacturing processes and implement corrective action plans.
- Drive proactive quality planning using APQP, ensuring alignment with vehicle development schedules.
- Communicate quality requirements and plans clearly to internal teams and external suppliers.
Required profile
- Technical college diploma in mechanical, electrical, industrial, metallurgical or raw‑material engineering.
- Minimum three years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, synthesis and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); bilingualism is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
