About the role
Seasonal positions are available for the September‑November 2026 harvest at Ocean Spray’s Richmond, BC facility. Workers will rotate through various production roles to support cranberry processing.
Key responsibilities
- Lab work – grade, sort and weigh product.
- Box building – assemble totes.
- Inspection – inspect and prepare fruit totes.
- Operating binning stations – fill totes with fruit.
- Forklift driving – move totes around the facility.
- General labour – assist with assorted tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Available for variable day shifts during the harvest season.
- Commitment to safety, manufacturing and environmental practices.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lb (14 kg) frequently.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, forklift operation, lab or scale work is a plus.
What we offer
- Hourly wage ranging from $21.74 to $31.05 CAD.
- End of Harvest Bonus for seasonal employees.
